Elsevier myHealthTalent is a job board that connects physician recruiters to an engaged audience of medical job seekers.

I've worked with the Elsevier team since 2016. At the beginning of our partnership, Elsevier was launching its new job board and recruitment site. To generate organic search traffic, we decided to create blog content for two distinct audiences: recruiters and job seekers. Our main goal was to establish brand awareness leveraging the trusted Elsevier name.

Generating brand awareness

Since 2016, I've written four SEO blogs per month. These assets serve as part of a larger multi-channel campign involving email, social media and event marketing. Each blog answers a specific question or discusses a relevant trend or news story. I conduct research and interview subject matter experts to add a depth of knowledge to each asset.

Organic traffic to the career site has grown steadily since launch. The site has a dedicated readership of physicians, nurses and healthcare recruiters. The blog establishes Elsevier's thought leadership and ultimately serves to connect medical workers to improtant roles within communities around the globe.
